I think that Johnson & Johnson would have a lawsuit. They own the RedCross mark. Which this heavily reminds me of.

Well the lawsuits over the use of the red cross mark have been rarely won. Almost always been related to its use for commercial products, not events. And finally the mark looks like it is arguably 60% different.
