I would like it with just the first element (k) before the rings treated and not the "i". Looks like a character leaping into the service. Great concept.

I see your point, but with the two characters I was trying to resemble someone with a problem and the other one running to offer help.

I can see two people communicating, with the comm represented by the rings. I can't really see anything bad to say about it. Good colour choices (I take it on a white background the type would be in black?) and everything sits well together.

Thanks, steve-oc. I guess the type would be black on a white background, but I haven't tried it out, because the client requested the logo to be on a black background, so...
