I don't think you need the branches coming off the 'w'. Just simply extending the vertical bar of the 'w' up is enough in my opinion.

...I guess his logo is kinda ... sorta ... moreorless, not at all ... similar to yours. Oh wait, there it is, both used sans-serifs. phew, that took awhile to find.

Yeah, I guess you're right. They both use a sans serif font, which, happens to be the same font. And they both use a background colour, which, happens to be a very similar background colour. And they both have the metaphor of growth, which, happens to be a green plant of some kind. I guess it IS easy to represent growth with a plant of some sort.

Heh, just to be clear, I'm not pissed, I believe that both marks could have been created completely independently.

Actually, I made a mistake, it's not the same font. At least, the 'a's are different.

A lot of people use a tree as a metaphor for growth paired with natural-colored palettes. Why don't we dig up the other 1400 and say it's the same as all of those, too.
