The scissors are beautiful. Is the star being cut by the scissors though? I wonder if it would come across better if the piece falling off were slightly angled, so that it doesn't just look like an extended point of the star with a white line over it. Very cool though.

I would shorten up the tail on the right side for the sake of balance. But, otherwise it is an awesome mark.

The 'wings' look a lot like ones from Go Media arsenal vector packs, but otherwise nice logo I guess....
