I really like colours you picked but I think there are too much arrows. May be reducing the mark and streching some strokes up and down, making it less rectangular and looking like a subway map?

Cheers for the comments. I understand what you're saying but I intentionally wanted it to look busy (energetic) with lots of arrows pointing north. The mark is that size in relation to the text and rectangular because I think the whole brand in that shape would look well on posters, T-shirts, hats, etc. Stretching the strokes would lose some impact on the mark and also it would take away from the 'North' direction. That's just my opinion anyway. The colours did turn out well, cheers again. By the way, nice showcase you've got growing there, congrats!

I really like the mark and I think the kids will too. Most kids are fairly chaotic / energetic after all.

Love it! Nice treatment of the 'N' and the repeated gabled roof effect only a suburb can convey. Very clever I say.

Cheers Shore, Hayes & Mvon! Appreciate the positive feedback although at present this logo is getting a lot of vote downs, oh well, can't keep everyone happy! On a more positive note I got paid so I'm happy as a pig in faecal matter!
