I think your type is difficult to read - maybe you could thicken the lines up. And the pill graphic is kind of plain - perhaps when you add color it'll be more dynamic. Finally, I'm not exactly sure what "creative pill" is supposed to mean. Are you taking a pill to become more creative, or are you saying that it's creative medicine for your clients? Either way the concept seems a little strange. No offense.

I couldn't tell what the first word was because the V looks like U, especially when it's smaller. Since "pill" is a shorter word I'd make it black and "creative" gray. I like the pill graphic a lot.
