I love your logo, but the first version is working better in my opinion. The crown seems forced on this one, and the brand works better with the blue background. Just my two cents. :-)

I also think the crown is a little forced, but these logos can be used seperately I guess ;) I am not using these logos for any (commercial) business yet.

It would be much nicer to have the strokes that define the bears face the same as those of the crown. I prefer the previous one :^)
