Beautiful logo and nicely executed. My only nit-pick comments would be to close us the space a little between the words "ROCK" and "BRIDGE". I also would have made all the letters the same size in "SURGICAL INSTITUTE" instead of initial caps to offset if a little more from "ROCK BRIDGE". But it looks great regardless of my comments.

sdijock- I think I tried using all caps on the subtitle, but it was a toss up. Maybe you're right, I don't know.

Great logo man, I would like it even more if "surgical institute" was slightly closer to "rock bridge." Just my personal taste :)

Effin' brilliant.
Thought: Mirror the bridge, maybe. The darker/(shorter?) left side along with the prominent R makes it seem lop-sided. (If you're insane and staring at it way too long.)
