I like the concept of the M fitting into the N like that, but I think you should move away from doing a separate symbol for it. What if you rotated the "media" 180, and slide it into the N in the same way, staying on a flat axis? I like the dots of the I's contrasting as they do, and the overall feel of the font and colors is very nice.
