It would've been interesting if you had shifted a square from the cross section of the T to form a Cross.

@ Shore, the client and I wanted this to have a mainstream appeal as it will be used heavily outside of the church's environment. Thanks though. That idea was considered. However this was the direction we decided to go.

I like the concept, but I don't personally like the dot on the i being orange. I also don't really like how the i is the only lowercase letter in the word. With the idea you were going for, it would be neat to see it all uppercase, but the second half of the word shifted up... giving it the feeling of two planes, and the word "shift" is in the process of moving from one to the other. You could make it unique by "splitting" the I in some unique way.
