All I see is a Swiss symbol. I am not getting the healthcare aspect.

Do not flop the color however as the (RED CROSS) emblem is property of Johnson & Johnson.

Maybe try a different direction all together.

I like the JK emblem you've got, although admarcbart is right about the Red Cross. The Red Cross is not a usable symbol when attempting to portray health care in a logo. Also, yours looks more like the Swiss flag, and the red diamond makes me think "King of Diamonds" instead of health care.
