Hey nido, I think I know why you are seeing a fish. At a glance it reminded me of raja's firefish. Two totally different concepts and executions and both look great. I really like the presentation and simplicity of this one.

i tend to agree with frontend. the logo loses significant strength when you take away the background.

does it work in black/white?i think so - in fact i have a feeling that it may be a bit stronger even.
