It's a nice logo. Only thing you should be aware of is that the name "Systm" is probably trademarked/copyrighted by Revision3.

While this is a nice typographical solution, the letters do not flow together as nicely as they could. The connectors are too inconsistent, such as Sy, st(connected?), and tm. the thick and thin issue is an important factor aesthetically.
