Im liking this,but there is a bit of visual tension with the right leg.If you were to redraw the tail so that the tail didnt connect with the leg,this would be a very solid design.

i have to agree with brandsimplicity - i have issues with the foot touching the tail. it makes me not feel comfortable or something.

maybe also some slight variation on the text might help to set the 'brand'.. and maybe slightly smaller?
