I think this logo is ok. The concept is nice, I just think the execution could have been better. The shapes of the guitar/letter seem forced in places and it has some awkward thicks and thins.

I agree with KGB. Even though the concept is nice, the execution could be better. One idea : What if you cut a circle out of the bottom of the 'F' and the top of the middle part on the 'W' (excuse my lack of typography terms) so the negative space looks like the opening of an acoustic guitar?
