Oh man, to finally lay all this to bed, I wnt to say I was never accusing Filio of copying me. I was merely making sure we didn't have any conflicts mutually. Meaning, there was a possibility *I* would have had to say "wow, maybe I should rethink this mark." I never thought I was being copied. Just merely making sure that when 'great minds think alike' that we are at leasty going in different directions. So, I'm fine with all of this, and have no issues.

A Nice Logo...but i think i've seen similar font like that before..
especially with the correlation between the "A" and "V"...
