I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps you might also connect the F to the L?

andreasvnielsen said on Jun. 22 '10

dont connect, just remove orange, if i had choose. :)

I think it's not readily recognizable as a flashlight. Looks more like a golf tee if anything.

thanks guys, I am afraid it wont be that readable then;/

I initially saw a plunger...I do think, though, it can work without the orange.

I was at first thinking screw or nail.

I'm seeing a chemistry flask turned on it's side...

This is one of those designs where everyone is going to see something different. The flashlight came through right away for me. I can certainly see the other images referenced as well though.

Cris, what if you use a differently shaped flashlight (like "this one":http://images.ifguk.co.uk/products/553/553-large1.jpg) and extend it just a bit into the L? It should help make F strokes shorter, define the shape better and perhaps make the shape less ambiguous.

This simply needs to be reversed. As it is the flashlight does not shine through.

wow nice design...

What if you take the orange out of the flashlight and add a background image in the shape of a beam of light extending from the flashlight... behind the rest of the text... or maybe I'm crazy.
