I love it, very tasteful and bold. Although I'd have to agree with Jayden about the dragon execution. Perhaps have the dragon be the whole ampersand?

Very cool logo, great balance having the icon in the middle and the text skirting the sides. lines just help to lead the eye in. Looks slick :)
