It's not against this one in particular, but I'm tired of all these ambigrams and I can't share the view that there's anything clever about it. Sometimes you get the impression that "ambigram" is the actual brand and the name / identity of the company or whatever is secondary.
If you look at a logo and instantly get the idea that the type has been made exclusively for this challenge, fine. But in this case, it seems as if Verona hadn't provided a convenient set of letters (and still the N looks out of place), you'd simply pick another city.
