Hot! I would just add the same upper left serif that you got on R on the N letter, everything else is meganice!

It's tough to pull that R off and keep the weight consistent, but overall this is great type..

using V's, A's, N's and and O' makes it a bit easier doesn't it :D

^ I wonder if the R's descender extended a little past the baseline if that would help. Definitely a great solution though!

@Anthony: Thank you for the feedback!
I decidet to go with the serifs, because I think the negative space between the A-N and the A-R is more balanced and it's emphasing the look of the R on the whole logotype.
