JULIUS: Usually a nicely worded cease and desist letter works nicely, tell them you would like it removed immediately since it violates your copyright. If they refuse then you can email their host and use the DMCA as reference for shutting their site down, since their host can be part of the suit later.

ADDFLASH: First thing you should do is remove the logo ... its obviously not yours and you got ripped off. I would be angry too ... I hope you at least got this rip-off at a bargain price, which usually goes to show what\'s happens when you trust the design of your brand to someone who changes $100. If you paid a lot addflash ... then I would confront the design, and get your money back. If they refuse call a lawyer, open and shut case.

Honestly. This will be outdated in 1 to 2 years. Although well-rendered, this is just trendy and lacks staying power. To see nearly all the positive feedback on this, seems to me that this site is more of a place to get a pat on a back, then for real criticism.
