The 'DC' is very hard to read at the moment. At first I thought it was an 'a' or even the @ symbol. Just some thoughts.

I didn't see the %22DC%22 either. The concept is great, maybe work through the DC idea and come up with some other solutions.

I read it as %22CA%22 or %22Cd%22 Definitely didn't see it as DC
