Description:
The X Prize introduced a global competition that will award $10M to the first team to help make the $1,000 genome a reality. This multichannel campaign consisted of a logo, website, and brochure.
Medco and the X PRIZE Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board will identify and select the Medco Genome 100 Over 100—a group of 100 healthy people aged 100 or older who have evaded the usual diseases of aging and whose genes will be used to unlock the genetic secrets to healthy aging.
Major media coverage included the Associated Press, CNN, Boston Globe and CNBC.
Leveraging the X PRIZE attention helped
DNA Direct sign up 62 new clients, and helped the Medco Research Consortium gain over 100 new client members.
