i like this.. but feel the mark could be reduced...
i'm with nido - i think it could be half that size - the type is strong enough to carry it.**maybe also drop the I and G down so they're the same height as the other letters.
I really like the wingspan icon. I agree with nido and cobaltcow on the size.

Love the use of colours and overall design, but I hate that wing line just above the %22A%22 in Qatari that looks like a foot. Just feels odd.
