I like your approach to using utensils as the two L(s) in Hollenbeck. It's a great start. Since the utensils have so much detail, I'm thinking a serif font would compliment more effectively. The sans serif just isn't working for me. Also, you don't need the lines outside of the subtext...kind of distracting. Finally, I think the subtext can be reduced in size and slightly further away from Hollenbeck. Hope this helps!
