I'm not too much of a learned electrician but I have no idea what this is. It may just be me being ignorant, but I see an oddly shaped cord and plug in the center (Not sure what the circle is) and a giant white 'c' and a backwards 'c'. I think getting 'e's' out of the thick white shapes is kind of pushing it.
