I love this so much. First of all, I'll explode if you don't tell me the font you used for %22RetroGraffica%22 :D. The one thing I think you could do is make the subheading ('CreativeDesign%26Marketing') a little bit wider. I like the weight contrast between the two fonts but I think you need to bring up the kern on the subheading.
