I think the type is too heavy for the mark.

Sorry to have the same opinion... The top font is too heave regarding to the mark and the bottom one too light. Except that, you've done a great mark!

Thanks for suggestions, i'll try to make some changes with upper font.

interesting rendition .... and not trying to say anything but this reminds me of Burn Creative's %22pak photography%22 logo... BUUT your version is nice nonetheless
