Description: WIP. For an exclusive CBD fitness centre located on level 4 of a corporate commercial /residential building. That level also has an outdoor running track. The centre is a free amenity for tenants only but it got popular with the locals and soon the body corporate started charging visitors and has now contracted it out as a business. The interesting part was they did not know what to name the fledgling business and one member said, "Just call it Lvl 4 Gym or something, coz that's what we say all the time. Where are you going? Lvl4? Yeah off to Lvl4. See you on Lvl4." No brainer I guess.
